When my student/families use the online enrollment, they have to use their email & create a password to enroll in classes. It would be great to use that login information so they can access a student area with the items below.

It would be great to have a place that my students can login and view their Account. Invoices, classes, students/family info, History (Classes/Payments), Contact Information, Payee info, etc...

... With available embed code (like the 'online enrollment')

Enrollment confirmation auto-email to a student would be an excellent feature, especially if the template is customizable. Template can contain confirmation, link to payment page, link to FAQ and school policy, etc. This would be super value that system provides. We spend 5min of manual work on avg per enrollment to send those.
The benefits are:
1. Reminder on where to go to make a payment.
2. Encouragement to make payment online instead of cash/check.
3. Peace of mind for the client - knowing they confirmed for the class.
4. Additional channel to distribute policy info (dress code, etc.)

Currently, the Calendar allows you to see one staff member's class schedule at a time. It would be nice to see all schedule classes on the calendar. For multiple location studios, it would be nice to see all scheduled classes for a specific location.

Permissions and roles should extend to the systems 'users' as well. It should be possible to assign different roles to various members of staff, where each role defines a set of permissions.

For example, certain staff should have full admin privileges, while others should only be able to enroll students and other day-to-day tasks, but not create courses, prices, settings, etc.

Would like costume functions i.e. place for measurements, orders, pictures, charges, payments, etc.

We need to be able to specify which courses the Discount Rules applies to. So we have a family discount rule of 10% for 2 or more siblings, however it would only apply to some of the courses we run.

The same is true of the multiple course discount rules for a single student.

So for each rule, we need to specify the group of courses that this discount would apply to – the student would need to enrol in x classes from that group to qualify for the discount.

I run a fitness studio and not a dance studio. Some people pay as you go and others prepay using punch cards. I need to track how much they have remaining on their punch card.

I'd like to see a list of classes with checkboxes out to the side where a user could click several classes at once and hit enroll one time. Going back to the beginning each time to select a new class is cumbersome when we have people signing up for 20+ classes in a session.

I suggest that you create the ability to interface with QuickBooks accounting program by Intuit (downloading/uploading data, etc.)

It would be nice to have a SMS or text message feature. I have permission from all my students to text them about class. Most people have their cell phones on them at all times but only get email at home.

When we embed the online registration form in our website it lists all classes in alphabetical order.

It would be great if we can group (or categorize) classes together.
- For example: Group Summer Camps, Group Summer Session Classes, & Group Fall Session. and even group classes by age group or other style

- We'd like to group by sessions (Camps, Summer, Fall) and then sub-group by Age Group (Grade school, Middle School, High School, Adult)

I would like to see the active/inactive status to change automatically. If the student is currently enrolled in a class then they should be automatically set as active. And those students who drop or take a session off automatically set to inactive. I just spent an hour switching statuses on students :-/

Existing layout is fine on iPad but links don't work. The iPhone could do with a slimmed down interface

It would be benificial to include a payment gateway provider as an alternative choice for paypal. Users would be able to use the gateway in conjunction with their already established credit card merchant to take payments.

Add a payment calculator for parents in online enrollment. I get tons of emails and phone calls from customers wanting to know what their monthly payment would be based on "x" amount of kids, "x" amount of classes, "x" amount of discounts, etc.

If a specific custom field (for example, "PerformanceGroup") is set to "true", the monthly tuition for that student is set to a specific amount.

Would like to be able to download a lite application on my laptop or even Ipod that I can pull tonight's classes and keep track of the students that should be there and that way when I get back to a internet spot all I have to do is hit sync and it will update the changes from my Ipod to this program. Not all of us have internet at our business.

Allow admins to upload comma delimited lists or excel spreadsheets of students. This would help in transitioning from other management programs.

Add the ability to "categorize" the payments. For example, categorize the payment as tuition, costumes, or after school. Furthermore, the payment categorizes should appear on the payment daily summary and details reports.

Punch card students tuition for class attended is automatically added upon checking in.

I love that there is a punch card option, however, in light of attempting an automated check in process, it would be so helpful to have the students check in be automatically "paid" to the punch card balance.
